A large-scale, mixed-use development in the Nihonbashi/Kyobashi area and a gateway to the international city of Tokyo. The development consists of four diverse intended uses that include offices, hotels, shops, and conference rooms for rent.
About
The building is situated alongside Chuo Dori (which leads to Ginza) and is located in the center of the Kyobashi area, which is transforming into an advanced business base. Equipped with an emergency generator having the industry’s most advanced power supply (up to about 80% of normal power supply for about a week), corporate BCPs are provided with solid backup. This is an advanced project which has also introduced a number of state-of-the-art facilities that can support even the environmental considerations and energy conservation activities undertaken by companies. Offered here are a wide range of worker amenities to support the ever-changing nature of business and the workforce, such as COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT TOKYO STATION (with a variety of room designs) and rental conference rooms.
