Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort & The Beach Resort Sesoko by Hilton Club
We have attracted to the first beach resort hotel in Japan developed by Hilton and the first vacation ownership (timeshare) resort facility in the country when it comes to beach resorts.
About
Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort, the first beach resort hotel in Japan developed by Hilton, is located on the western edge of Sesoko Island, which is connected to Motobu-cho on the main island of Okinawa by the Sesoko Bridge. It faces Sesoko Beach, which boasts one of the most transparent waters of all beaches in Japan. At the Sesoko Beach, a white sand beach in front of the hotel, visitors can enjoy marine sports and swimming. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, known as a popular sightseeing spot, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The resort is also a perfect base for visiting the northern part of Okinawa’s main island, which is surrounded by beautiful nature. There, visitors will find the World Heritage Site Nakijin Castle Ruins, Yanbaru National Park, Minna Island, and Kouri Island.
The Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort features a 9-story building with a total of 298 guest rooms, an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, three restaurants, a lobby lounge & bar, fitness center and banquet hall, meaning that guests can enjoy a resort life which suits their needs. The guest rooms, consisting of mellow spaces which leverage an off-white color and the lightness of the wood, feature accents reminiscent of the waves found in the ocean at Sesoko, meaning that visitors will be able to see the kind of beautiful harmony with scenery that can only be found at a resort featuring private balconies and terraces. All rooms come with an ocean view. Guests can get away from their daily lives and enjoy memorable stays where they can feel the sunlight and sea breeze with their five senses while gazing at the beautiful ocean all around.
In addition, Sesoko Island, with its rich natural tourism resources, can be said to be an ideal environment not only for leisure activities, but also for workations, which have been attracting attention as a new way to work.
At the Beach Resort Sesoko by Hilton Club, the side of the building that is first seen by visitors is decorated with windows inspired by the traditional Okinawan mincer weave pattern. The entrance lobby is designed so that visitors can see a symbol of the region (Mount Gusuku of Ie Island) from the front, raising the feeling of anticipation of one’s stay. The building’s shape is comprised of a three-fold structure surrounding the front garden, creating a serene space that resembles a private resort, enabling visitors to enjoy their trip as if they were living there.
Both the hotel and the vacation ownership resort offer unobstructed views, and guests can enjoy the sun setting over the ocean from their ocean-view guest rooms, which offer views of the beautiful ocean. The hotel features three restaurants, executive lounges, bars, a chapel, conference rooms, a spa, a fitness facility and beach houses. The vacation ownership resort provides comfortable stays for all kinds of guests from all over the country and abroad with kitchens in each room, dedicated swimming pools, and access to all facilities found at the resort.
The two facilities (a hotel and a vacation ownership resort) developed through the Okinawa Sesoko Project, provide services which live up to the diverse requests customers have when it comes to their stay. In doing that, our aim is to go about contributing to the further development of Okinawa’s tourism industry.
