On August 29, 2023, Shisui, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nara, opened as the fifth hotel in Japan to operate under Marriott International’s most prestigious brand, The Luxury Collection, and as the third double-brand hotel to feature both “SUI,” the luxury hotel brand developed by the Mori Trust Group, and The Luxury Collection.
