Promoting the growth of diverse human resources	In addition to developing systems and support measures that will serve to draw out the further success of diverse human resources, we will work to foster a climate and culture which is accepting of diversity and holds it in respects. Implementation of inclusion training Nurturing of female managers (Target: 10% female manager ratio by FY 2030) Provision of education to employees about evaluations and personnel reshuffling conducted independent of their backgrounds
Hiring of human resources which serve to realize a diverse society	We will provide opportunities to select various human resources to hire with the aim of diversifying our pool of backgrounds and abilities.
